D667 (EDZCr-C-15)

D667 is a low hydrogen sodium type cast Solmayte alloy welding core of high chromium cast iron welding electrodes, the use of DC reverse, surfacing in the following 500 ℃ has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and cavitation Capacity, more than this temperature is over hard surfacing hardness.

D667 Hard Facing Welding Electrodes

Description:
D667 is a low hydrogen sodium type cast Solmayte alloy welding core of high chromium cast iron welding electrodes, the use of DC reverse, surfacing in the following 500 ℃ has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and cavitation Capacity, more than this temperature is over hard surfacing hardness.

use:
For surfacing requires strong resistance to abrasion, corrosion and cavitation cavitation occasions, such as centrifugal oil pump shaft sleeve, mine crusher components and diesel engines on the valve cover and so on.

Precautions:
1. Before welding electrodes to be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 1h.
2. Weldment must be preheated 500 ~ 600 ℃, and the workpiece surface oxide and other clean and then surfacing.
3. The length of each surfacing to no more than 50 ~ 70mm is appropriate.
4. After welding the workpiece should be tempered at 600 ~ 700 ℃ 1h and then slow cooling, or the workpiece immediately into the dry and preheated sandbox or grass asylum slow cooling.
